This 1880 farmhouse has been home to a growing family who loves their neighborhood so much, even as their needs have outgrown the space. Over the years, they’ve made thoughtful updates, but now it’s time for their dream renovation.

Our team was brought in to reimagine the home and design a plan that works for today’s family life, adding a garage, primary suite, expanded kitchen, mudroom, and powder room, while also updating the existing full bath.

The result will honor the farmhouse’s history while creating the function and flow this family has been missing.

I recently visited longtime, repeat clients and stood in this very kitchen, now filled with kids’ art projects, high chairs, and a trail of Cheerios while lunch was being prepared for little ones. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since.

Sure, we get to transform spaces (swipe to the end), but seeing how our clients actually live in and enjoy the spaces we design and build? That’s priceless. And being invited back for additional projects? That means the world to us.
