South Shore Kitchen & 1st Floor Renovation

We added the “After” photo twice below so you can understand the magnitude of what we did. Both before photos are taken from the front wall of your standard colonial. The first “Before” photo is taken from the main doorway. Where, when you walked in, you were greeted with the stairs and a cramped hallway. We were able to relocate the coat closet, and remove the hallway wall. As well as the wall between the kitchen and dining room (2nd photo). What remains, is a large, wide open space connecting the kitchen, dining room and entrance way.

Master Bathroom & Master Closet Addition

Although not the best before and after photos (taken on an iphone rather than a professional), this is an important part of the project we didn’t want to miss. The homeowners wanted to add a Master Bathroom and enlarge their Master Closet. Through our Design/Build process, we were able to identify an unused, adjacent room (see below). We converted this awkward space into two new spaces: the Master Bathroom and Master closet. We simply added a new door to access the closet which now expanded into that other room. And converted the existing Master Closet (room on the left below) to the Master Bathroom while also stealing space from the former room.
