This Cape Cod–style home in Westwood, MA underwent a comprehensive multi-level renovation and addition, centered around a 2-stall garage with a Primary Suite above that integrates seamlessly into the existing second floor.

Originally configured with two bedrooms and one bathroom, the second floor now includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a second-floor laundry room. The addition connects directly to the existing home, creating a cohesive layout with a Primary Suite featuring a vaulted bedroom, walk-in closet, and custom bathroom, along with a guest bathroom and additional bedroom. Two dormers were added to the original structure, bringing natural light into previously dark spaces.

The first floor was fully reconfigured to improve flow and functionality, anchored by a new mudroom that now directly connects the home to the garage—replacing the previous breezeway with a more practical, year-round transition space. This area also includes a new powder bathroom and provides access to a brand-new deck, while the kitchen and dining room were redesigned to create a more cohesive and functional layout.
