Basement In-Law Studio Apartment

Whether used as a recreation room, a family room, an in-law apartment, guest quarters or storage, basements are often seen as valuable space in a home or condo. That’s exactly what these homeowners were looking for; to gain more private space for guests and family members. A completely unfinished space prior to renovations, we water proofed this basement and ran the necessary plumbing lines for a new, full bathroom. Our lead designer maximized storage with plenty of closest space and a privacy pocket door between the bathroom and laundry room.
