Our Lead Carpenter….

is someone familiar and experienced in all facets of the building industry AND is the project’s onsite manager. Sometimes this position is referred to as a working Site Supervisor or a working Site Superintendent. Sometimes it can be a Finish Carpenter with leadership tasks. Regardless of name, this person is a talented carpenter, problem solver and critical thinker. This person is well organized, considerate and efficient. This person is passionate about their trade AND assisting homeowners through the renovation process.

Benefits include a company vehicle or vehicle compensation, health insurance and retirement benefits with company match, cell phone reimbursement, bonuses and a family first mentality. This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. Our team is focused on quality time with family, friends and passions, outside the workday. For that reason, we rarely work weekends and offer as much flexibility as possible. The Lead Carpenter pay rate is $30-$40/hour depending on skill and experience.
