Meet the Team Behind the Transformation

We’re Jason and Megan Hoffman, the husband-wife duo leading J.P. Hoffman Design Build. Since 2004, we’ve been redesigning and renovating homes in the Greater Boston and South Shore communities. In 2025, we’re proud to celebrate more than two decades of business — a milestone that reflects our passion for quality craftsmanship and our commitment to every client.

Jason Hoffman: Founder, Owner, and Visionary

Jason is the heart and soul of our company. As our Founder and Owner, he’s more than just a trusted advisor to our clients — he’s the visionary who transforms challenges into innovative solutions. With his background in design, craftsmanship, and construction, Jason approaches each project with creativity and precision, ensuring that the process is seamless from start to finish.

As an advocate for the Design Build process, Jason encourages clients to trust in the integrated approach that brings both design and construction expertise under one roof. His leadership inspires the entire team to be resourceful and dependable, working with care and dedication on every detail, from the Initial Consultation to the Final Walk-Through.

Megan Hoffman: Operations & Marketing

Megan is the glue that holds everything together at J.P. Hoffman Design Build. As the leader of our Operations and Marketing teams, she ensures that our clients feel supported and informed throughout the renovation process. From the very first Discovery Call, Megan is there to guide clients, offering expertise in material selection, project scheduling, and day-to-day coordination.

Her genuine desire to help others, combined with her determination to make each project a success, has made her a trusted ally to our clients. Remodeling can be an emotional roller coaster, but Megan’s steady presence ensures that every step is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
