Defying the odds with Design Build

Open Concept Kitchen We started an open concept kitchen renovation in Norton, MA this week. We're re-configuring the 1st floor of a Colonial home, to increase kitchen cabinet storage and improve the flow for a family of four with two growing teenagers. Our in-house design team worked closely with the homeowners, designing the space so they could visualize the renovation before it started and offer feedback. The Owners also really wanted a kitchen island but were told by multiple other sources that it couldn't happen because they didn't have enough space. Our in-house design team not only found the space for an island, but found more than enough room to create an open concept floor plan at the same time. This is the approved 3D Rendering design. What about the load bearing wall? As designers and builders, our team of talented craftsman offer professional and safe opinions on how

If this table could talk

One of my favorite corners in our barn office is home to this antique drafting table, also known as an architect's table.                                                 Forever an artist, its original purpose, combined with years of use and talent from its previous Owner attracted me. I was in need of a kitchen table at the time and a fan of antiques, I found this piece in an unexpected place. This table has unique backstory; one I love sharing. If this table could talk, it would say: "I'm an antique, picked up on the side of the road by my current owner for $50." "My previous Owner was an artist and used me to draw a TIME Magazine cover many years ago. It was a portrait of Pope John Paul

Master Bathroom Retreat – Norfolk, MA

This Master Bathroom in Norfolk received a complete gut, expansion and renovation. Through our Design Build process these homeowners worked with in-house designer Jason Hoffman to create their dream master bathroom retreat. When designing, Jason was able to offer ideas on how to gain square footage, ultimately adding a walk-in shower. Complete with a custom double vanity built by G.B. Woodworking (Norwood) and beautiful tile work by Marshall Tile & Marble Company, this has been one of our favorite transformations to date. See the before and after photos below as well as some 3D renderings approved by the homeowners prior to construction. Our team both designs the renovation AND performs the work. Our talented carpentry crew and trusted subcontractors perfectly executed a design on paper to a well laid out, oasis retreat. Project Details PROJECT LOCATION Norfolk, MA Project Gallery

NARI Membership

We’ve all met the “guy up the street” who buys a truck, a toolbox and a business card and calls himself a remodeler. Since your home is your biggest asset, you need to know that the contractor you choose to remodel it is a full-time, dedicated, experienced remodeling professional. That’s where our membership in the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) makes the difference. NARI is a not-for-profit trade association that has educated, supported and united the remodeling industry dating back to the late 1930s. Our company joined NARI to promote professionalism within our trade and to keep up with the latest techniques and technology. Remodelers who want to become NARI members must be licensed by their state and/or local government where required and pass a selective screening process. Being a NARI member lets our past, present and future clients know that our company will work within high

Celebrating a 15th Anniversary Milestone

2019 represents 15 years we’ve been serving our community - a noteworthy milestone in any business. There’s a sense of accomplishment in knowing that the seeds planted in 2003 have produced fruit, growing into the premier remodeling company we are today. Where we started - “Big fish in a small sea” Prior to going “on my own”, I had become an accomplished framer, working for other companies. The vocational education I received from Diman Vocational Technical High School (Fall River, Massachusetts) paired with the regular application of the skill, set me on the right path. My hands-on education, accompanied by a strong desire to succeed, quickly moved me through the ranks from a general framing carpenter to lead framer and master roof cutter. This was an exciting time and it felt great being at the top of my game amongst my circle of friends, family and co-workers. That entrepreneurialism
