Whole-Home Renovation and 2nd Level Primary Suite Addition

This split-level home was transformed to better suit a growing family of six. The existing layout felt disconnected and no longer supported the way the family lived day to day. Through two additions and a thoughtful remodel, the home was reimagined with a more cohesive and functional flow. The kitchen and dining area were expanded to create a bright, welcoming hub designed for both everyday living and entertaining.

A new primary suite offers a private retreat with a spacious layout, generous closets, and a luxurious bathroom. A small bedroom was converted into a main-level laundry and a staircase to the new suite, blending style and function for everyday family life.
